Peanuts which is popularly known as mungfali is something we love binging in our free time. They are easily available at any street vendor stall or shop. They are perfect for your upcoming winter season.

Have you ever tried the desi popcorn which is available at any street vendor stall? They are super cheap and when eaten with some chana and peanuts they taste actually good. The bhaiya makes them fresh and gives it in a paper wrap with crispy and hot popcorns.

Chikki is a traditional Indian sweet generally made from groundnuts and jaggery. There are several different varieties of chikki and is a favourite dessert among most of the people. As soon as winter its easily available in any shop.

6. Pistachio


Pistachio is a member of the cashew family which are a little salty in taste. You have to open the outer part in order to eat them. They are also a good light snack during the winter season which can also go with your Patiala pegs.

Cashew nuts are popularly known as kaju in Hindi are considered to be the most expansive dry fruit among others. You can see people buying for gifting or for a specific occasion, especially during winter season.

Chana is our personal favourite and serves as a chakna too when drinking on a cold night. These chanas when mixed up with some masala taste so good.
