#EatExtra If you are serving a large group make an ‘everything frittata’ by using a 6 eggs to 1/4 cup milk ratio.

Carnivore Eggs

If you want to get a good scoop of proteins in the morning while running around in a hurry, this skillet is custom-made for you.

Serves: 3

Prep Time: 15 – 20 mins

The Elements:

1 tablespoon olive oil

450 grams meat of choice

1 cup chunky salsa

6 medium eggs

Salt, to taste

Paprika, to taste

Fresh coriander

Add olive oil to the pan and heat. Mix in the meat and cook till it browns. Pour in salsa and mix to combine. Crack in the eggs making sure they have enough space to spread without merging with each other. Cover the skillet and cook till the egg whites are opaque. Garnish with salt, paprika and a handful of chopped coriander leaves.

#EatExtra If you are vegetarian, skip the meat and use onions, tomatoes and bell peppers as base.
