250gm boiled soba noodles
1 tbsp pickled ginger finely chopped
2tsp Chinese hot chilli sauce
4tbsp dark soya sauce
4tbsp sesame oil
6tbsp sunflower oil
2tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Twirl each noodle portion around to make a bite-sized portion.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve at room temperature.
