This brewery prides itself on brewing all-natural brews without any artificial flavours, colours, and preservatives. Gateway Brewing Company had been making a very popular coffee flavoured beer in the past (the very amazing Kaapi Stout), and they couldn’t, of course, help but experiment with chai. Toit has one of the most extensive and offbeat beer lists in India, with a mix of both signature beer styles (including a light and refreshing Basmati Blonde that brews German Pilsner malt with actual rice) and limited offerings that feature local ingredients as jackfruit, mango, and pumpkin.
