The Puri Chole was served all hot and their service was quick. The Puri was prepared with the help of Maida and the size of the Puri was somewhat similar to the Bhatura. Therefore, sometimes people by mistake call it as Bhatura. Moreover, the Puri was not that oily and was light & fluffy. On the other hand, the Chole was less spicy and they used Desi Chana instead of Kabuli Chana which we mostly use at home to make Chole. It was garnished with onions and Methi ki Chutney. Also, I ordered Lassi along with the Puri Chole. The Lassi here is known as the Sweet Lassi or Malai Lassi as it is topped with a creamy layer of Malai. – Delhi Food Walks
