Chef Raminder Bakshi’s amazing Lahori Chicken Tikka recipe is easy to make if you have a tandoor at home. A wonderful snack during the winter evenings or with a side of dal makhani and naan, this is a fool-proof meal that you’ll love making over and over again.
3 kg chicken thigh tikka
2 ½ spoon salt
2 spoon red chilli powder
4 spoon ginger garlic paste
200 ml lemon juice
1 spoon garam masala
1 spoon crushed black pepper
4 spoon red chilli paste
100 gms Amul Cheese
1 spoon roast chana powder
200 gms cream fresh
400 gms curd
Mix all the ingredients except second marination and keep for 20 minutes.
mix all the ingredients of second marination and mix with the first marinade.
Keep it in fridge for 6 hours before cooking in tandoor.
This Lahori Chicken Tikka recipe doesn’t take as much time to cook as it takes to prep, so make sure you plan this in advance.
