12 pcs chicken tikka, cooked
10g kasoori methi powder
10g garam masala powder
Salt to taste
20gms ground chilli
Cook the chicken tikka in the tandoor and keep aside.
Boil the tomato in a pot with ginger, garlic, green chilli and spices for 30 minutes.
Blend the tomatoes and cook another 15 minutes with butter and check for seasonings.
Add the chicken tikka to the makhani gravy and add cream, garam masala powder and kastoori methi powder.
Check the seasoning and serve hot.
