3 cloves of garlic, chopped
5g ginger, finely chopped
10ml soy sauce
10g brown sugar
100g spring onions
600g steamed broccoli
Black & white sesame seeds to sprinkle
Steam broccoli and set aside.
In a small bowl, put garlic, honey, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemongrass, and spring onions. Mix well.
Put the steamed broccoli in a separate bowl.
Pour the sauce you’ve made and mix well.
Top with toasted black and white sesame seeds, and serve.
