Ingredients

For The Pasta

120gr penne rigate

garlic, chopped

15ml olive oil

Salt & pepper for seasoning

For The Butter Chicken Gravy

200g roasted chicken

300g tomatoes

50g Onion

2 green chillies

5g ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon degi mirch

½ teaspoon kastoori methi

2 teaspoons garam masala

50g butter

125 ml cream

Salt & pepper for seasoning

Method

For The Pasta

  • Boil the pasta and reserve.
  • Sautée with olive oil and garlic. Set aside.

For The Butter Chicken

  • To make the tomato gravy, cook tomatoes with the ginger garlic paste, onions, degi mirch, garam masala, and add salt for seasoning.
  • After the tomatoes get cooked through, make a smooth paste.
  • Next, take 5 pieces of roasted chicken tikka fro the tandoor and flavour it with kasoori methi.
  • Cook the chicken pieces with the tomato paste and adjust seasoning.
  • Finish with butter and cream.
  • In another pan, toss the penne pasta and butter chicken gravy together.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve hot with a slice of garlic bread.
